ALFASOFT has established a technological partnership with Thales' innovation department, providing consultancy services for the implementation of a platform for one of the clients of the international group, Northern Rail.
This partnership allowed Thales to delegate the development of mobile application functionalities that integrate a comprehensive management platform that Northern Rail will make available to its users.
The solution presented by ALFASOFT included analysis of application requirements, architectural analysis of the various components, native development in Java for Android as well as integration with external services of other components of the platform to interconnect the ecosystem that Thales will provide.
Usability issues, backwards compatibility and application coverage were also considered in the implemented implementation options so that there is the best possible compromise between the features available and the maximization of the target audience that will be able to benefit from the application.
